Delete my data

You can delete your ReSnap account and personal data at any time.
Option 1 – on ReSnap
Log in, open Account & privacy and choose Delete my account. You get a confirmation code at once.
Option 2 – from Instagram
In Instagram go to Settings › Apps and websites (or Accounts Center › Your information and permissions › Apps and websites), find ReSnap and remove it, then choose to delete your data. Meta sends us the request and we delete your data automatically. You can check it with the confirmation code Meta shows you.
Option 3 – by email
Write to our Grievance Officer from the email linked to your account, or include your Instagram username.
What gets deleted
Your name, email, profile picture, Instagram token and IDs are removed, your listings are taken offline, and your account is closed. A minimal record that the deletion happened is kept so we can prove it, as the law allows.
